Gli Evanescence, iconica band gothic metal statunitense, hanno annunciato l'uscita del loro nuovo singolo intitolato "Afterlife", previsto per il 28 marzo 2025.Questo brano inedito segna il ritorno della formaziome guidata da Amy lee dopo l'album " The Bitter Truth" del 2021. "Afterlife" e' stato scritto dalla stessa Amy Lee in collaborazione con Alex Seaver, noto come Mako, e promette di fondere il caratteristico sound potente ed evocativo degli Evanescence con atmosfere oscure e adrenaliniche.
Il singolo fara' parte della colonna sonora della serie animata "Devil May Cry", in arrivo su Netflix il 3 aprile 2025.La scelta degli Evanescence per accompagnare musicalmente questa produzione non e' casuale: il franchise videoludico e' rinomato per le sue tracce intense ed aggressive, e la voce di Amy Lee, unita alle sonorita' della band,si preannuncia perfetta per esaltare le avventure del protagonista Dante.

Evanescence, the iconic American gothic metal band, has announced the release of their new single, Afterlife, scheduled for March 28, 2025. This brand-new track marks the return of the Amy Lee-led band following their 2021 album, The Bitter Truth.
